KRFC Staff
Justin Clapp
Executive Director
Justin Clapp is a seasoned radio professional with over 20 years of experience, having worked in various markets, including Fort Collins, where he has successfully managed teams dedicated to serving their communities. In 2014, Justin, along with his wife Tricia and their four sons, relocated to Fort Collins, which they proudly call home.
His love for the Northern Colorado music scene inspired him to join the KRFC team, where he actively supports local artists like The Guerilla Fanfare Brass Band, Taylor Shae, Graham Good and the Painters, and many more.
Outside the studio, Justin enjoys outdoor adventures with his family, visits to The Lyric Cinema, and exploring the beauty of Northern Colorado. He cherishes family time and has a passion for travel, with plans for future trips to Europe.
Sean Lamborne
Program Director & Volunteer Director
Sean Lamborne was born and raised in the Rust Belt outside of Detroit, MI, and began playing live music during his time at Western Michigan University. He spent Friday mornings on his roommate’s radio show, “The Nonchalant Café Hour.” He plays in a hard-hitting Americana/Rock band called The Longest Day of the Year and wears his alter-ego TMULE on stages across Colorado as an indie folk rock singer songwriter, and plays children’s music as Tiny Mule.
Sean is a librarian at heart. He brings years of public library experience and a Masters in Library and Information Science to KRFC 88.9 FM Radio Fort Collins. As an organizer, creator, and trainer, the Volunteer Director position allows him to do what he loves – use an entrepreneurial mindset and a nonprofit setting to help people grow personally and professionally by providing resources, connections, and ideas. He loves to watch creativity and collaboration build community, but his most valued time is spent with his wife and son, playing games, traveling the world, and exploring nature, science, and silliness.
Izzy Henry
Development Director
A proud Fort Collins native, Izzy has always been deeply connected to the vibrant community and thriving music scene of Northern Colorado. With a degree in Communication Studies from Colorado State University, she brings a strong foundation in communications and relationship building to her role at KRFC. Her lifelong experience in Fort Collins and the local music scene has allowed her to seamlessly merge her passions – working closely with members and donors while fostering community connections.
Outside of work, Izzy enjoys supporting the local music scene by hosting house concerts featuring bluegrass, indie-folk, and Americana genres. She also spends her free time training her rescue pup (pit bull/border collie mix) and exploring the great outdoors that Northern Colorado has to offer.
Colton Boening
Assistant Program Director & Music Director
Colton Boening, originally from San Antonio, Texas, moved to Fort Collins in 2017. A lifetime love of music and playing guitar attracted him to the great music scene in Colorado. Beginning as a volunteer, Colton joined the KRFC team in 2021. With 15 years of professional music and audio experience, Colton aims to showcase the best in what local and national music has to offer. Colton spends his free time playing in bands, cooking, building his music collection, and going to live shows.

Greg Douras
Podcast Manager
Greg began working in radio at Radio One Networks, in Avon, CO. While attending school at Colorado State University, he co-hosted a punk-rock radio show on KCSU, and worked for 99.9 The Point. After graduating, he lived in Los Angeles, India, and Chicago, before returning to Fort Collins with his partner, and working in I.T. for CSU until he started his production company, Greg Douras Audio Productions. His audio-visual shows have been featured at the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery, The Lyric Cinema Cafe, the Horsetooth International Film Festival, and Pinball Jones.
Music has been a touchstone for Greg since he broke into a discotheque as a toddler — where his parents were dancing — and requested Bruce Springsteen’s “Born in the U.S.A.” from the DJ. Now he plays guitar and bass, and produces electronic music. He also hikes, climbs rocks, and drinks warm caffeinated beverages until noon, by which time he should be off the summit and ceasing caffeine intake.
Eric Delano
Lead Videographer
Spawned from a near 250’ elevation in Delaware, Eric ascended to a newfound freedom when he saw the Colorado mountains for the first time. Eric is an alumni of CSU’s Journalism & Media Communication program and owner of Eekie Productions LLC. Eric specializes in Sports & Music Videography. Some of Eric’s most heartfelt passions outside work include playing hockey, spending time with friends, and exploring nature!

Love of music brought Denise to the station as a volunteer in the Fall of 2018. About a year later, she was brought on as a contractor to manage scheduling of the on-air underwriting spots, maintain administration of the membership database and processing of supporter donations. Denise’s company, Cameron Systems, Inc. is a proud Colorado business and has been in Fort Collins since 1997 providing technical design, administrative and development services.
