Board of Directors
The KRFC Board makes policy for the station to help further define our by–laws and clarify how we work together. KRFC’s Board of Directors also ensures the station lives up to its mission, adheres to FCC regulations and meets the legal requirements of a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Board responsibilities include:
- Setting direction and policy for the station
- Station budget
- Station goals
- Hires and manages the Executive Director
